ABOUT
ME
I cannot tell you what was the exact piece that brought me to my revelation, but when I realized in my 12th grade AP Art History class that art was the most beautiful and sincere way to experience the world in its past and present, my life changed.
From then on I have received art - paintings, sculptures, architecture and more as important relics of mankind. I do not take it lightly when someone bestows the title of artist upon themself because that is an essential role in the world.
I often find myself stimulated by the art surrounding me. When walking past government buildings I can be heard identifying the different types of columns based on the capital and flutes. Or when perusing Instagram I get excited when I see a modern artist post their own rendition of “The Kiss” by Gustav Klimt.
